Julia & Max

This past Friday, December 30, Enviously Green coordinated a wedding ceremony at Princess Place Preserve in Palm Coast, Florida.  Such a tranquil, beautiful setting for an event; this is also a great place for a romantic picnic for two.  There is so much history on this 1,500 acre State Park- plenty to look at and a very relaxing atmosphere.  There are huge trees everywhere (that must be hundreds and hundreds of years old), with an Adirondack lodge built in the late 1800's that backs right up to the water.

The bride & groom, now Mr. & Mrs. Max Mendenhall, were a pleasure to work with.  Obviously both very eco-conscious people- this was certainly the perfect spot for them to get married.  Their interfaith ceremony involved many Jewish traditional aspects, including this beautiful Chuppa which Julia's brother and a close friend constructed.
The Chuppa
The reading of the Ketubah, The Seven Blessings, and the breaking of the glass were all incorporated into the ceremony.  There was also a blessing over wine, which might I add was from an eco-conscious vineyard. :)  The single guitarist added the perfect sounds to involve the 120+ guests.  A special treat for the couple was an enchanting solo from the Bride's friend Addi, who sang "Forever Like the Rose" with accompaniment from the musician, Rick Kunicky.
There was a bit of a walk to the aisle from the "hiding spot" with such an open space.
The Groomsmen wore matching black sneakers with lime green accents, while the bridesmaid wore dresses in the same tones but all with a little different style and color.  The Brides dress was all over lace with capped sleeves and a partly open back.  She was given away by her Mother and her Father, which was a very sweet way to include them both.

I hope to work with all the vendors involved in this wedding again soon: The ConservatorieSt. Johns Illuminations, Rick Kuncicky & Perry Knotts Photography.  Each were pleasant, timely and offered quality services.  I urge all Brides to consider these local merchants when planning your own wedding.

MAZEL TOV!!
