Photographer's Assistant For a Day

So a couple of weeks ago I helped my friend Ashley, with Ashley Steeby Photography, doing some second shooting for her. I only assisted her for a few hours, pre-ceremony, but it was great to see a different side of the preparations for the wedding.

We strolled around One Ocean, cameras and accessories in hand, to take some detail shots among the beautiful hotel.  This place is gorgeous inside; I highly recommend you check this place out if you are looking for a beach location to have your wedding.

Here is a detail shot Ashley took inside the room where Bride Krystal was getting ready.  This just gives you an idea of the color palette and decor that was consistent and flowing throughout the entire hotel.

It was great for me to get this different perspective on weddings .  I really enjoyed the time I spent shooting with Ashley and I'm sure the experience will benefit me with Enviously Green.
