Lundyn & Elliot

Destination wedding? Why not, Enviously Green will travel for your wedding and that's just what I did for my old college friend Lundyn's wedding.

The wedding was beautiful and set in a gorgeous venue in the mountains of Lakemont, Georgia. Pinterest projects filled the Pavilion at Lake Rabun making for the perfect shabby chic wedding. The rain slowed everything down a bit and moved the ceremony inside, but once the bouqet was tossed I finally could relax knowing that the bride and groom were happy. With the majority of my job complete until the guests left it was time for a glass of champagne to me- cheers to the new Mr. and Mrs. Carter! It was really nice seeing old friends from college and making some new ones too.

Being in Georgia reminded me of western Maryland and brought back many memories for me. I think we were about 3 weeks early to see the leaves changing, but we did take the time to do some hiking while were in Lakemont.

I'm thrilled I had the opportunity to help Lundyn & Elliot make some of the most cherished memories they will have in their lives.

Sashes, ribbons and bows!

There are so many ways to tie a bow it is a little absurd.  Here are some of the many knots and bows used in weddings; many which we don't see enough of.

Satin, sheer, burlap... whatever you chose to accentuate the chairs at your wedding, may your bows be fresh and perky.  No sad, droopy bows for my brides!

Seasonal Flowers: Spring time wedding

First of all, here's to no "spring showers" on your wedding day!  Or if the celebrations are inside where the rain won't affect anything maybe you actually want a quick shower so your marriage is blessed from the "good luck rain."

On to the flowers...here is a list of flowers which are seasonal to spring.  Due to their natural growth this time of year, these will have a little less impact on the environment.
